Kimberly Fain

Business Counselor, Minority Business Assistance Center

Kimberly Fain is the MBAC Business Counselor who works assisting the clients with providing direct, in-depth client consulting, business research and assistance in preparing business and strategic plans, identifying suggestions for alternative courses of action and maintaining the confidentiality of client information.

Kimberly believes as Anthony Robbins quoted "There is a powerful driving force inside every human being that, once unleashed, can make any vision, dream, or desire a reality." Part of her passion is being able to help individuals with his or her dream of owning their business and believing that she can assist the individuals with accomplishing their goals.

Kimberly has worked at Cleveland City Hall in the Mayor’s Office of Equal Opportunity for 11 ½ years and supported the Directors of the Mayor’s Office of Equal Opportunity. She was part of the team that certified minority and female owned enterprises and assisted start up organizations in succeeding in business such as Robin’s Nest Landscaping.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cleveland State University, majoring in psychology, a master’s degree in business administration and human resource management from the University of Phoenix and has obtained her Doctorate of Business Administration with the University of Phoenix.
