A personality test to find out more about who they are and what their strengths are. A Competency test to determine how competent they will be in a career; which includes job readiness training; computer training; and financial literacy.
Case Management Services: and referral services during the duration of the time enrolled in the program, which includes a one year follow up service from the date gaining employment, this will help eliminate services.
