OHIO HAS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES FOR SKILLED TRADES. LEARN HOW TO GET INVOLVED
The Ohio Minority Business Assistance Centers will host a virtual meeting to help state-certified MBE and EDGE contractors access more than $12 million in public repair and maintenance work coming up in 2020. The work is available under the State of Ohio’s Third-Party Administrator Contract for Repairs and Maintenance.
The Minority Business Assistance Centers and Coleman Spohn Corporation will conduct the outreach session to identify potential MBE and EDGE contractors in Ohio to perform small and medium-sized facility renovation, repair, and maintenance projects. The state’s Third-Party Administrator contract also will be explained. Trades such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry will be included.
State-certified MBE and EDGE contractors in skilled trades must be prequalified to participate.
