Our Team

Teressa Grimes is the Minority Contractor Capital Access Program (MCCAP) Manager, Data and Compliance for the Akron Urban League. Her professional work experience is quite diverse. She has worked in the higher education and non-profit industry for over 10 years. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Computing and Information with a Master of Library and Information Science, specializing in Medical Informatics.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Project Management from Malone University.

Her interests include motivating and educating the underrepresented and underserved.  She enjoys gardening and listening to music.
