Caroline has worked in Workforce Development throughout her career. She has directed nonprofit workforce programs throughout Northeastern Ohio and has worked as a recruiting strategist for some of Akron’s largest companies. Caroline is passionate about poverty issues and believes that good jobs are the key to building strong communities. Her interests include reading, volunteerism, and kayaking. She is a graduate from Kent State University with a BA in Sociology and Applied Conflict Resolution. She resides in Munroe Falls with her husband, daughter, and dachshund, Marigold.
