Our Career Navigators work directly with participants to create customized career pathways. Through ongoing guidance, accountability, and access to resources, participants gain clarity on their goals and the steps needed to achieve them.
Career Navigators Provide:

- Step-by-step employment or training plans
- Connections to employer partners and job opportunities
- Support addressing barriers to employment
- Referrals to community resources (housing, transportation, childcare, etc.)
- Ongoing check-ins to help clients remain on track
