Charlotte Gibson is a dedicated Expungement Case Manager with a deep commitment to social justice, rehabilitation, and creating second chances. With extensive experience guiding individuals through the expungement process, she provides compassionate, client-centered support that helps people overcome barriers to employment, housing, and education resulting from past criminal records.
Charlotte specializes in navigating complex legal documentation, coordinating with attorneys and court systems, and educating clients about their rights and eligibility for record clearance. Known for her empathetic approach, attention to detail, and ability to simplify legal procedures, she empowers clients to confidently navigate the justice system and pursue new opportunities.
She holds an Associate of Applied Business in Office Administration from the University of Akron and a Cosmetology degree from Gerber’s Beauty School. In addition, Charlotte is the founder of STEP Seminars (Seek Transformation to Envision Purpose), a platform dedicated to providing informative and empowering seminars that equip people with essential tools to overcome challenges and achieve success in everyday life.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has worked as a cosmetologist, receptionist, administrative assistant, and community advocate. While these experiences shaped her professional journey, her greatest passion has always been serving others and helping individuals realize their full potential.
As a Case Manager at AUL, she fulfills this calling by assisting people as they transition from one level of success and opportunity to the next.
Charlotte’s work is rooted in a strong belief in equity, redemption, and personal transformation. She has helped hundreds of clients successfully petition for expungement, restoring dignity, hope, and access to new opportunities.
Her personal motto, “Always strive to be better than the day before,” reflects her approach to both life and service. Charlotte’s mission is to inspire and equip individuals to reach their fullest potential. By openly sharing her own life experiences and challenges, she encourages others to recognize that regardless of their circumstances, they have purpose, value, and the ability to achieve meaningful transformation.
Away from work, she is currently a member of The House of The Lord church and has been honored to speak and teach the Bible in various churches. She is a faithful wife and loving mother of one daughter.
