Record Expungement

The Akron Urban League helps individuals overcome barriers created by past criminal records by providing guidance and support throughout the record expungement and sealing process. Through education, referrals, and one-on-one assistance, we help eligible individuals understand their rights, determine eligibility, and navigate the legal steps necessary to pursue record relief.

Our goal is to remove obstacles that can limit access to employment, housing, education, and other opportunities. By connecting participants with legal resources, community partners, and supportive services, we help individuals move forward with confidence and build a stronger future for themselves and their families.
