The brand’s breakthrough moment came when NBA superstar and fellow Akron native, LeBron James, donned the iconic “Kiss the Trophy” hat from 7th Floor Clothing on Instagram, instantly catapulting it to stardom. As the founder and designer behind 7th Floor Clothing, Preston’s creative prowess garnered accolades and media recognition, including features in prestigious publications such as the New York Times, USA Today, and Forbes.
Preston’s journey didn’t stop at fashion; he extended his talents into the world of digital marketing. As the CEO of Market Me 24/7, a company co-founded with his partner Lucia Arteaga, he spearheaded the creation of websites, social media campaigns, and print media for local businesses and government entities. His ability to blend creativity with effective marketing strategies further solidified his reputation as a visionary in the industry.
Recently, Preston took on the role of Marketing and Communications Manager at the Akron Urban League, a testament to his unwavering commitment to his hometown of Akron, Ohio.
