Our Team

Ron serves as the Vice President of Fund Development and Marketing, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a veteran fundraiser. His impressive career has spanned reputable organizations such as the Cleveland Clinic, The Salvation Army, The Cleveland Pops Orchestra, and various other nonprofits. Ron’s multifaceted background extends beyond fundraising, encompassing marketing, public relations, and event planning.

At the Urban League, we are thrilled to welcome Ron, confident that his extensive experience and knowledge will significantly enhance and broaden our mission. His proven track record in strategic development and relationship cultivation aligns seamlessly with our commitment to making a lasting impact on the community.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ron leads an active lifestyle. An enthusiastic motorcycle rider, he holds certifications as an instructor for Motorcycle Ohio, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, and several Harley Dealerships. His passion for outdoor activities extends to hiking, bicycling, and pickeball. Ron cherishes moments spent outdoors, and his favorite pastime is sharing quality time with his three children, their spouses, and his grandson.

A native of northeast Ohio, Ron was raised in Independence. He earned his BA in Communications from Cleveland State University, reflecting his dedication to effective communication and connection. Ron’s journey reflects not only professional success but a genuine commitment to family, community, and the values he holds dear.
